The dressings in this book might be just fine, but it's lacking in features that would make the book more easily usable. For one, it doesn't have a table of contents. The only semblance of organization is that there are three sections: creamy-style, vinaigrettes and fat-free/5(45).

This book will teach you to make salad dressings that are as healthful as they are delicious. So I also recommend t to anyone who likes to eat and cares about health.
